CANCELLED DUE TO CORONA VIRUS

Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day 2020 will not take place on April 4.  As a public health precaution, the Smithsonian is postponing or canceling all public events, programming and gatherings through May 3.

Museum Day
Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket. The Pompano Beach Historical Society and the Pompano Fire Museum are participating! The Museum Day ticket provides free admission for two people on Saturday, April 4, 2020. Tickets will be available to download starting February 27, 2020.
